JACKSON – The Jackson Branch of the Ocean County Library will host a book discussion on “The Perfume Collector” by Kathleen Tessaro 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2 Jackson Drive. 

“The Perfume Collector” tells the story of a reluctant British socialite who receives a mysterious inheritance from an unknown Frenchwoman in 1950s Europe.
