TOMS RIVER – Enjoy a “Spring Fling” from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library, 101 Washington St. Toms River.

This free event is for adults with special challenges and their caretakers and will feature DJ services donated by DJ Shawn Party Hardy and balloon sculpting services donated by Cheryl Schwendel.

This program is being sponsored by the Ocean County Library’s Serving Adults with Special Challenges Workgroup.
