Ocean County Library Lacey Branch to Host Estate Planning Workshop

LACEY TOWNSHIP – The estate planning process contains many options, and the options often produce many questions. Attorney Paul R. Daniele, Esq. will separate facts from fiction during his estate planning workshop in the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch, 6 PM Wednesday, March 29.

Topics to be covered in the one-hour session include power of attorney, living wills, trusts, asset protection measures, Medicaid-related matters, and special needs trusts.

Paul Daniele is the founder of Daniele Law, LLC, headquartered in Colts Neck. During his 50-year law career in New Jersey, he served as a municipal court judge, as an assistant county prosecutor, and as a law instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He holds memberships in Elder Counsel, American and New York Bar Associations, and the New Jersey Bar Association Committee on Estate Planning. Daniele also carries the approval of the U.S. Veterans Administration.
