All branches of the Ocean County Library will be closed Friday, March 29, for Good Friday, and Sunday, March 31, for Easter Sunday.

Technology Workshops Coming to Manchester Library

MANCHESTER – The Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library will host three technology workshops for adults in October.

“Computer Basics 101” 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9. This computer class is for absolute beginners. Laptop computers will be provided.

“Learn How to Use the Library Catalog” 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23. Learn to navigate the library’s vast catalog. Topics will include managing your library account, placing hold requests, and other catalog features.

“Learn About Hoopla” 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26. Learn how to access Hoopla to download free movies, TV series, music, eBooks, audiobooks, and comic books onto your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A library card is all that is needed.

The branch is located at 21 Colonial Drive.
