BRICK TOWNSHIP –  Learn how to play American-style Mah Jongg, wherever you need to be. The Ocean County Library Brick Branch will present a four-part virtual program, “Mah Jongg for Beginners,” starting 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 9.

“Mah Jongg for Beginners” is geared for those new to the fun, competitive game. Instructor Christine Blackford will explain the tiles, their function to the Charleston and National Mah-Jongg League rules, the terminology, and the yearly card.

This free program is sponsored by Friends of the Brick Library. Registration is required and limited, and covers all four sessions. Registrants will receive by email a Zoom link for the event and a copy of the current yearly Mah-Jongg card.
