Ocean County Library Lacey Branch to Host Estate Planning Workshop

LACEY TOWNSHIP – The estate planning process involves many options, and often leads to many questions. Attorney Paul R. Daniele, Esq. will separate facts from fiction during his estate planning workshop in the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch, 6 PM Wednesday, September 20.

Among the topics that will be covered are power of attorney, living wills, trusts, asset protection, Medicaid, special needs trusts and much more.

Mr. Daniele, founder and President of Colts Neck-based Daniele Law LLC, has served in law and justice for more than 50 years, including terms as a municipal judge, assistant  county prosecutor, and law instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association Committees on Elder and Disability and Real Property, Trust and Estate, and is a former member of Lawyers with Purpose and Elder Counsel.
