MANCHESTER – People living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, their caregivers and families are invited to hear details of an innovative quality-of-life enhancement program. An information session for “Movement Music & Memories” will be offered at the Ocean County Library Manchester Branch, 2 to 3 PM Friday, January 5.

Beginning January 18, the program will take place at 11 AM on the third Thursday of each month at the OCL Manchester Branch.

“Movement Music & Memories” is a unique program of multi-sensory stimulation centered on movement to music, offering enjoyment, improvement of physical cognitive fitness and new opportunities for success and connection to sense of self.
